Outdoor Lighting

Outdoor lighting can be a significant source of enjoyment to you, especially with the holidays coming up. If you've switched your lighting fixtures to compact fluorescent lights, good for you and your power bill, too. (If not, do so today - instant rebates from PG&E are available at most home improvement stores.) If you've cut down the usage by installing compact fluorescents but due to the sheer number of lights, your bill is still sky high, consider tapping into sky-powered solar or wind electricity to produce excess power credits (through net metering) during the day that you can draw upon during the night through your connection to the electric grid.
