Free Financial Feasibility Analysis

We follow up our free, on premises site evaluations with a detailed, financial feasibility analysis along with the actual proposal for a solar electricity system that covers:

• What your current (or planned) electric power consumption looks like throughout the year, by month (because that will change with the seasons)
• What you need in the way of solar equipment to generate 100% of your power needs or to cover the top tiers of PG&E’s billing structure
• What that system will generate in the way of power (measured in kWh) each month of a typical year, so that you can accurately track the ongoing power production results against what we projected at time of sale
• What your rebates and tax credits will amount to, and what your final out-of-pocket cost will be, payback time, cost per kWh, and the comparable payment if financed with a mortgage or home equity loan (generally less than your PG&E savings!)
• What your tax benefits will be for both personal and business (including accelerated depreciation)

This financial feasibility analysis is easy to read with both data and graphic charts, and provides what we believe to be the best pre-sale feedback to you -- the prospective buyer - given by any outfit providing solar (or wind) electric systems in the SF Bay area of what you can expect for your hard-earned dollars.
