MOUNTING HARDWARE
Collector mounting is now a simple, trouble-free experience thanks to the pre-configured mounting hardware packages. Each package includes all necessary hardware component kits, along with simple-to-follow instructions to ensure proper installation. The packages range in size & type to accommodate either flush- or rack-mount arrays from 1 to 8 collectors.
HEATING COMPONENTS
HELIO-PAK: Closed loop heat-transfer appliance
The Helio-Pak (HPAK) is an all-in-one heat-transfer assembly, specifically designed to simplify solar hot water systems and provide maximum heat transfer that is sixteen times faster than other heat transfer appliance on the market. The HPAK comes factory assembled and wired with all necessary components, making installation a trouble-free experience. Because the HPAK utilizes an external heat exchanger, it can often be adapted to the pre-existing hot water tank, reducing costs.

STORAGE TANKS
Heliodyne storage tanks compliment any solar hot water system. They have been built & designed specifically for the demands a solar system can put on them.

CONTROL UNITS
DELTA T CONTROLLER - Specifically designed to regulate the operation of a solar heating system, the Delta-T monitors collector and storage temperatures and automatically turns pumps on or off when the right temperature is reached. The controller can also provide additional functions, such as system freeze protection by recirculation and storage tank high-limit shut-off.
DELTA T PRO ADVANCED CONTROLLER - The Delta-T Pro contains all the basic functions of the Delta-T, but adds much more. The Pro unit is an exceptional addition to any residential solar hot water system. Its full potential, however, is utilized in larger commercial installations where system performance and monitoring is critical.
Energy measurement, system temperatures and collector flow rate are examples of various data the controller can measure & store for the life of the system. The stored data is displayed in simple-to-read graphs or exportable text files.
